Pete originally came out to inspect one chimney and identified an even more crucial problem in our appliance one. He was awesome and made several recommendations. They were able to schedule the work right away and had great communication throughout. When Lindsey and Santiago came out for the second appointment, they took the time to explain all the repairs they made. They were friendly, professional, and fast. When they realized our chimney needed another part we hadn’t anticipated, they went out and grabbed it and still finished that day (in the rain and everything!)!”
