We used Chelsea’s Chimney as we were getting a new ac and furnace with Magnolia. The company let us know of some problems with our wood burning fireplace that we suspected. Freddy Buehler was excellent, he explained everything, provided me with different options, and had TOP NOTCH customer service skills. He was so friendly and called to tell us when he would arrive, what to expect, and gave me updates throughout the two day repairs. I really cannot say enough about this companies customer service.
