Straight forward, great advice and service. Highly recommend!
Replacing a chimney liner and creating a safe output for our gas appliances is a highly specialized area which requires training certification and licensing. There are lots of chimney, cleaners, chimney, sweeps, chimney, fixers. The one recommended by my HVAC company was not doing residential anymore but my calls for help kept getting referred to other companies that I could not find on any review site. Chelsea's Chimney was absolutely the best customer experience possible. I was amazed at the care and concern expressed by Chelsea's Chimneys for our own well being.Because of the cool weather, and no heat, they managed to work us in at a very busy time and did excellent work efficiently, respectfully, and kept us informed all along the way. They really know their stuff. Safe, efficient, professional and thorough.Today, despite the high winds, the motivated, friendly and very professional crew showed up to finish the cap on the chimney that involved mortar that needed to cure before it could be finished. No more threats of carbon monoxide, poisoning. And hopefully a more intact heating system overall. Highly recommend. JH, Baltimore City Md.
