For one, he was clear about what was included in the inspection and ensured that I was aware of any possible unexpected issues. The estimate itself was clear about costs and what services were to be performed. Your appraisal was also substantially fairer than others we received.

The team that performed the actual work exceeded all expectations. Lindsey was punctual and walked me through what I should expect over the 3 days of work. He tolerated my questions and desire to know and understand what work is being performed on my house and why it’s being done a certain way. He made me feel comfortable with the process every step of the way. They worked to get the project done within my desired timeline but also didn’t sacrifice quality in the process. One of the most impressive aspects of the job was how clean it was. I had serious concerns that my house would be covered in dust after breaking up the old liner and firebox, but once they removed the containment, you could barely tell they were there.”
