Tech(Michael) called when en route, worked Saturday since we had waited for the part to arrive for a while and the weather was turning colder. The appointment window was 2-4 pm and he was right on time. He was polite, efficient and competent. He took the time needed to explain the system and go over the controls with me when he had finished the repair. He also advised on the need to maintain the system for maximum life and efficiency. I am definitely scheduling a service on the gas fire log fireplace annually and I hope Michael is the tech that comes to do the service.
